The following items are required to applly for summatriculation into IPD:
(1) SEAS Application for Submatriculation
(2) Statement of Purpose
(3) Portfolio (more details about this can be found on the bottom of the IPD admissions page)
(4) List Two References: Name, Title, Department/School, Phone, E-mail. You do NOT need to reference letters; only their contact information is required
(5) HOME school approval may be required if you are not a SEAS undergraduate (this can be submitted later if the committee approves your application). Please submit all of the application materials using the form below. You can upload all materials as one pdf or two (one for the portfolo and one for all other documents). You can only submit one document at a time.
